Sketching at Art Hill

Service Description

Join Saturday mornings from 9:30–11:00 AM for a relaxed outdoor sketch workshop overlooking one of St. Louis’s most iconic landscapes. Each class focuses on freehand contour sketching of Art Hill, helping you build confidence in capturing architecture, landscapes, and urban scenes. Participants will learn basic shading techniques, perspective tricks, and composition strategies while working on newsprint paper using drawing pencils and ink pens. This workshop is designed for all skill levels, from complete beginners to experienced creatives looking to practice in a social setting. All materials are provided, along with a cooler of non-alcoholic beverages to keep you refreshed while you sketch.
